Introduction
The KJ-MY series is a box-type furnace that combines binder removal (debinding) and pre-sintering in a single chamber. Ceramic green parts are loaded once; the program holds a slow, controlled ramp through the low-temperature debinding stage to drive off binder, then continues directly to pre-sintering — no part transfer between stations. A separate fume-treatment cabinet, connected to the furnace by ducting, draws binder decomposition vapors away before they can re-deposit on the chamber or parts.
Offered in 1100 °C and 1300 °C grades, the furnace uses matched heaters (resistance wire or SiC rod) and thermocouples (Type N or S), a high-purity alumina-fiber hot zone, and a double carbon-steel shell with forced air cooling. Touch-screen PID control with self-tuning and multi-segment programming holds temperature at ±1 °C, with over-temperature and thermocouple-burnout protection and a tower-stack status light.
