    Introduction

The KJ-MY1700 is a box-type furnace that runs binder removal (debinding) followed by high-temperature sintering in the same chamber. Ceramic green bodies are loaded once: a slow, controlled low-temperature ramp drives off the binder, then the same program continues to 1700 °C for densification — no part transfer between furnaces. An independent fume cabinet, ducted to the chamber through stainless-steel piping and a blower, extracts decomposition vapors during the debinding hold.

MoSi₂ heating rods and a Type B thermocouple provide accurate 1700 °C performance; the hot zone is lined with high-purity alumina fiber and enclosed in a double carbon-steel shell with forced air cooling. Touch-screen PID with self-tuning and multi-segment programming holds temperature at ±1 °C, with over-temperature and thermocouple-burnout protection. Inert atmosphere and vacuum are available as options.

    Applications

    1. Oxide ceramics — binder removal and final sintering in one cycle
    2. Special structural ceramics — high-density ceramic parts requiring 1700 °C densification
    3. Ceramic 3D-printed green bodies — support/binder burnout followed by sintering without handling delicate parts
    4. Electronic and engineering ceramics — controlled ramp to avoid cracking, blistering, and distortion
    5. R&D and small-batch production — labs, pilot lines, and trial-production runs needing repeatable debinding-to-sintering profiles
    6. Atmosphere-controlled processing — ambient air, inert gas, or optional vacuum
