Due to the company's development needs, the KJ Group will be allocated as follows from September 25, 2023 :

Zhengzhou KJ Technology Co., Ltd. belongs to the international business department of KJ Group. As of September 25, 2023, Zhengzhou KJ Technology Co., Ltd. has assumed full responsibility for all contracts, documents, invoices, account details, and tax IDs related to our international business operations.

Zhengzhou Kejia Furnace Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of KJ Group's Domestic Sales Department, assumes full responsibility for all documentation related to the company's domestic business, including contracts, documents and invoices.

Note:
Internal organizational structure adjustments within the Group will not impact our company's original rights and obligations. All contracts signed or in progress with Zhengzhou Kejia Furnace Co., Ltd. remain valid, and our prior business relationships and service commitments remain intact.
