This vertical vacuum furnace is a vacuum sintering furnace customized according to user requirements. The furnace adopts a lightweight ceramic fiber refined furnace chamber, and the heating element adopts molybdenum-containing resistance wire, which has a fast heating speed and high heating efficiency; it adopts PID intelligent program temperature control system, thyristor control, and high temperature control accuracy; the furnace chamber material is made of high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber, which has good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no impurities, high purity, and energy-saving effect is significantly better than domestic fiber materials; three independent heating chambers share a vacuum chamber multi-cavity vacuum furnace, the vacuum degree can reach 1x10-2pa; independent electric control cabinet control, simple and convenient operation.
