Equipment features:

① Temperature field balance:
High-quality heating elements are evenly arranged around, and the temperature uniformity is good;

②Intelligent temperature control:
The temperature control is adjusted by PID method, and 30 sections of temperature rise and fall programs can be set to accurately control the heating rate, cooling rate and residence time;

③Vacuum atmosphere:
The furnace body can be evacuated & the atmosphere can be passed. The material can be heat treated in an inert atmosphere and O2 atmosphere. The gas supply system pipelines are evenly arranged, and the material can be evenly contacted with the gas;

④Humanized operating system:
With a digital vacuum gauge, the control system adopts a touch screen interface that is friendly and practical. It can display and monitor the equipment operation status, call, edit and store the sintering process, and has dynamic display, historical data can be recorded and exported.
