The high-temperature box-type atmosphere furnace has a beautiful appearance and an advanced and reasonable structural design. Using molybdenum-containing resistance wire as the heating element, it adopts a double-layer shell structure and an intelligent program temperature control system. The furnace is made of polycrystalline fiber materials and refractory bricks, which are heat-preserving and energy-saving.

2、 Main functions and features:
1. The heating element adopts molybdenum-containing resistance wire, and the furnace insulation material adopts polycrystalline fiber material and refractory bricks, which have good thermal insulation performance, durability, high tensile strength, no miscellaneous balls, high purity, and obvious energy-saving effect.
2. The entire furnace body adopts a double-layer liner structure with air gap isolation in the middle. Even if the furnace temperature is as high as 1000°C, the surface of the furnace body can still be safely touched without feeling hot.
3. The furnace is made of imported energy-saving materials (refractory bricks are used for load-bearing and wear-resistant at the bottom and mouth of the furnace), and the energy consumption of the whole machine is only 1/3 of that of the same traditional electric furnace, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
