Equipment Introduction
This inclined rotary tube furnace is composed of a heating system, control system, feeding system, and material collection system. It adopts a six-zone independent heating control system, with a multi-program temperature control system for each zone. The furnace tube is rotatable, allowing users to determine the appropriate rotation speed based on the shape, material, and temperature of the processed products. A lifting plate is installed inside the furnace tube, which can lift and lower the material during rotation, ensuring uniform heating.

The experimental process of plastic pyrolysis involves heating plastics to decompose them into low-molecular-weight products (such as oil, gas, and char). Through the resource utilization of waste plastics, plastic pyrolysis technology can reduce dependence on petroleum, lower environmental pollution, and generate economic value.
