Introduction
The KJ-MZ1600-221LD is a bottom-loading bell (muffle) furnace designed for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment up to 1600 °C. The furnace body stays fixed while the worktable lifts vertically on a motorized drive, loading the charge into a 700 × 700 × 450 mm chamber from below. MoSi₂ (silicon-molybdenum) heating rods and a Type B thermocouple deliver stable, uniform high-temperature performance at 1400 °C continuous working temperature.
Housed in a ventilated black mobile cabinet with locking casters, the furnace is operated through a touch-screen controller and a remote hand pendant. The bottom-loading arrangement gives convenient access for bulky loads, allows faster cycle cooling, and makes it well suited to ceramic sintering, metal heat treatment, and materials research.
