    Product Introduction:
    This vacuum heat treatment furnace is an advanced piece of equipment that deeply integrates vacuum technology with heat treatment processes. The equipment mainly consists of modules such as the furnace body, heating chamber, vacuum system, water cooling system, and electrical control system. It can perform high-temperature heating and cooling treatment on metallic and non-metallic materials under vacuum or specific protective atmosphere conditions, with an ultimate vacuum level of 10⁻³~10⁻⁴ Pa. The furnace body adopts a double-layer water-cooled sealing structure, and key parts such as the furnace shell and electrode interfaces are equipped with water cooling devices to effectively prevent high-temperature thermal deformation or damage to the sealing materials.

    Regarding the heating system, the equipment can be configured with various heating elements such as silicon molybdenum rods, silicon carbide rods, molybdenum wires, or graphite, depending on process requirements. The operating temperature range covers room temperature to 1700℃ (some models can reach 2500℃). The temperature control system uses a PID intelligent microcomputer programmable controller, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, supporting multi-segment program temperature control and the ability to pre-store various process parameters. In addition, the equipment can also be equipped with a high-pressure gas quenching system (up to 20 bar), enabling flexible adjustment of the cooling rate to meet the cooling requirements of different materials and cross-sectional dimensions.

    Applications:

    Aerospace: Used for vacuum solution treatment, annealing, and aging of high-temperature alloys and titanium alloys in key components such as aero-engine blades, turbine disks, and landing gear. The vacuum environment effectively prevents surface oxidation, ensuring the safety and reliability of components under extreme conditions.

    Automotive Manufacturing: Used for vacuum heat treatment of key components such as gears and drive shafts.

    Mold Machining and Tool Steel: Used for vacuum quenching and tempering of various tool steels such as SKD11, SKD61, and H13. Vacuum-treated molds have smooth surfaces, no oxidation or decarburization, high hardness, minimal deformation, and significantly extended service life.

    Powder Metallurgy and Cemented Carbide: Used for vacuum sintering of cemented carbide cutting tools, rare-earth permanent magnets, and tungsten-molybdenum refractory metals. Vacuum sintering improves material density, reduces porosity, and optimizes grain structure, resulting in superior mechanical properties.

    Medical Devices: Used for vacuum heat treatment of biocompatible materials such as surgical instruments and joint prostheses. High-temperature processing in a vacuum environment can effectively remove surface impurities, reduce surface roughness, and improve the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of materials within the body.

    Advanced Ceramics and Semiconductors: Used for vacuum sintering of structural ceramics such as alumina and silicon nitride, as well as high-purity heat treatment of silicon wafers and silicon carbide crystals.
