    Introduction:
    The KJ-TH1000-LK series is a tube furnace specifically designed for high-temperature and high-pressure environments. It can operate at temperatures up to 1100℃, with a maximum positive pressure of 4MPa (at 600℃) inside the tube, while also supporting a vacuum up to 10Pa (or 10⁻³Pa, with a diffusion pump). The equipment uses nickel-based alloy furnace tubes, which possess excellent high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance. Both ends of the furnace tubes are equipped with stainless steel KF flanges, integrating pressure gauges and pressure relief valves to ensure the safety of high-pressure experiments.

    • 1. Simultaneous High Temperature and High Pressure Operation: Maximum operating temperature 1100℃; positive pressure inside the tube meets the requirements of high-pressure thermal reactions.

    • 2. High-Performance Nickel-Based Alloy Tubes: The furnace tubes are made of high-temperature, high-pressure, and oxidation-resistant nickel-based alloys, capable of withstanding drastic temperature and pressure changes.

    • 3. Safe Pressure System: Equipped with stainless steel KF flanges, precision pressure gauges, and pressure relief valves to prevent overpressure and ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

    • 4. Vacuum Compatibility: Can be configured with a rotary vane vacuum pump (limit 10Pa) or a diffusion pump (limit 10⁻³Pa) to achieve high-purity atmosphere or vacuum-high pressure cyclic experiments.

    • 5. Excellent Insulation and Temperature Control: Alumina ceramic fiber furnace lining with low heat capacity and excellent insulation; PID programmable temperature control with an accuracy of ±1℃ and 30-segment heating and cooling curves.

    • 6.Flexible Customization: The furnace tube diameter and heating zone length can be customized to suit different sample volumes and process requirements.
