Introduction
Model KJ-TX900-H500CK6W is a continuous rotary tube furnace designed for powder material thermal treatment under controlled atmosphere. The furnace body adopts carbon steel double-layer shell equipped with cooling fans. The processing tube is made of 310S stainless steel with dimension OD508*L9175 mm, heated by SiC heating rods divided into six independent heating zones, with a total heating length of 6000 mm. It supports a maximum temperature of 900°C and continuous operating temperature ≤600°C, featuring a heating rate adjustable from 0–10°C/min. N-type thermocouples deliver temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. The rotary tube runs at variable rotating speed 0.5–3 RPM, and the furnace tilt angle can be adjusted within 0–1°.
The complete unit consists of feeding system, collecting system, atmosphere control & sealing system, PLC control system and water cooling system. It is equipped with vacuum feeding device, sealed intermediate hoppers, water-cooled discharging screw feeder, Roots & rotary vane vacuum pumps, gas flow meter, oxygen purification system and dual oxygen content analyzers. The 15-inch touch screen realizes PID programmable independent temperature control for each heating zone, together with over-temperature protection and alarm function, ensuring stable, automatic and continuous production under sealed inert atmosphere.
