    The KJ-TX1500-S100LB2W is a high-performance continuous vacuum graphite tube furnace engineered for high-temperature thermal processing in demanding industrial environments. Designed with a dual-zone 1000mm heating section and premium graphite heating elements, this furnace delivers a maximum operating temperature of 1600℃ (continuous use ≤1500℃) with exceptional temperature uniformity and long-term stability.

    Its core structure features a high-purity graphite furnace tube (OD 100mm / ID 70mm / Length 1800mm) paired with a double-layer water-cooled external vacuum chamber, achieving an ultimate vacuum of 10Pa and hot-state vacuum of 40Pa inside the tube to ensure an ultra-pure, oxygen-free processing environment. The furnace is equipped with a 0-3° adjustable tilting structure and 2-4r/min variable-speed rotating furnace tube, enabling continuous material feeding and uniform heat treatment. A complete auxiliary system, including 2-channel inert gas rotameters, B-type thermocouples, resistance vacuum gauges, vacuum pumps, water chillers, and air compressors, ensures full-process automation and reliability. The touchscreen controller provides intuitive operation and precise temperature control, making it an ideal solution for continuous production lines.
