    KJ-1200X-IV-S is the smallest 1100oC Four- Zone split tube furnace with separate temperature control console. Such a four zone furnace can create step thermal gradient or uniform temperature zone up to 10" long by adjusting four zones' temperature.

    Specific Introduction:
        KJ-1200X-IV-S is the smallest 1100oC Four- Zone split tube furnace with separate temperature control console. Such a four zone furnace can create step thermal gradient or uniform temperature zone up to 10" long by adjusting four zones' temperature. The furnace can accept 1" OD processing tube  (with min. 1000mmL). Four 30 segments temperature controllers are built in a separate unit which enables easy program input. It is an excellent furnace for various CVD, PVD applications.

    Furnace structure Double layer steel case with air cooling keeps furnace surface temperaturelower than 60°C.  
    Energy saving high purity fibrous alumina insulation.
    Heating Element: 1300C  grade Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo
    400mm long heating chamber with built-in four high-quality thermal couples. 
    Furnace heating module can be positioned horizontally or vertically as shown in the images below (Note: customers is responsible for DIY the support frame/bracket in order to maintain its vertical position)

    Temperature Controllers
    • PID automatic control with 30 programmable segments for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time.
    • Built-in overheating & broken thermocouple protection.
    • Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant(s).
    • +/- 1ºC temperature accuracy.
    • Four K-type thermocouples (one for each zone).
    • RS485 Communications Port.
    Optional:  The furnace can be operated by PC with Temperature control software package (includes four communication chips and one 15" laptop).

    The furnace can accommodate <= 1" Dia. x 40" long quartz tube with 1" vacuum flanges and thermal blocks. These accessories are not included in the standard package

    Operation Instruction
    • The tube furnaces with quartz/mullite tube are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure <0.2 bars / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
    • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. 
    • * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
