This process provides advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and colorfastness, ensuring it remains as good as new even after long-term use. It combines aesthetic appeal with durability.

    The furnace body employs a double-layer heat-insulating structure, utilizing air convection insulation to effectively prevent high-temperature conduction within the furnace. The surface temperature of the outer shell remains close to room temperature, eliminating the risk of burns and ensuring extremely high safety. The furnace chamber is constructed using imported high-temperature composite fiber material through precision CNC technology, possessing excellent resistance to thermal shock, rapid heating and cooling, and corrosion. During operation, it exhibits no collapse, crystallization, slag shedding, or pollution, with a service life far exceeding that of traditional electric furnaces.
