    Introduction:
    The equipment can realize heat treatment processes such as vacuum oil quenching and vacuum air cooling. It is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment and vacuum post-weld heat treatment of heat-resistant steel, stainless steel and structural steel parts, and is used to eliminate the processing stress of precision parts with finished size, use residual stress stabilization treatment, and is used for final heat treatment of precision forging and precision forging parts with finished size. It can also be used for aging annealing, oil quenching, air cooling and other heat treatment processes of various materials such as high-speed steel, high-alloy tool steel, and precision machine parts. After heating, insulation and cooling under working vacuum, stainless steel, structural steel and other materials are bright and free of oxidation color, and there is no carbon increase and element depletion on the surface of the parts.
