    Description:

The equipment combines vacuum/atmosphere and high-temperature heating together, and is suitable for high-temperature thermoforming of new materials such as powder metallurgy, functional ceramics, silicon carbide, and alumina. It is mainly suitable for high-speed steel, die steel, tool steel, alloy steel, titanium, etc. Alloy and other materials are bright annealed after quenching. Eliminate the residual internal stress of forgings, welded parts, cold stamping parts, and workpieces after quenching, and prevent deformation and cracking of workpieces.
    2. The furnace body adopts a double-layer cylindrical horizontal structure, high-quality carbon steel material, and water cooling between the inner and outer walls to ensure that the temperature of the furnace wall is lower than 55°C. The outside of the furnace body is equipped with a vacuum pumping interface, with a filling and deflation valve, etc. The middle part of the furnace body is provided with the main body of the heating chamber, the electrode and the air suction port of the vacuum pump.

The heating and heat preservation system adopts alumina polycrystalline fiber as the heat preservation furnace, high temperature silicon carbide rod as the heating element, voltage transformation realizes low voltage heating, reduces arc effect, ensures the best temperature uniformity and uniform heating of the workpiece, and facilitates heating Maintenance and replacement of the furnace body, the heating electrode is specially designed for vacuum sealing to ensure good sealing and insulation with the furnace body.
    4. The vacuum system adopts mechanical pumps, diffusion pump sets, high vacuum butterfly valves, vacuum gauges, vacuum release valves, vacuum pipelines, etc., and has an inflation interface. In order to reduce the vibration of the furnace body, metal bellows are used to connect the vacuum pipeline and the pump, and the vacuum measurement is measured by a composite vacuum gauge.
    5. Vacuum measurement adopts digital display vacuum gauge and supporting gauge, and the measurement range is from standard atmospheric pressure to 10-5Pa.
    6. The control system is composed of touch screen, programmable controller, temperature control meter, etc., to realize the functions of power supply, control, recording, monitoring, alarm and protection. At the same time, it fully controls the operation of the equipment, provides sequence control signals according to process requirements, and collects on-site feedback signals at the same time to provide conversion, interlocking, indication and alarm signals.
    7. The temperature control adopts an intelligent temperature controller, the temperature control accuracy is ±1°C, and 16 process curves can be stored, each process can have 30 segments, and it has the function of PID parameter self-tuning. A K-type thermocouple was used for temperature signal acquisition. The furnace temperature can be displayed digitally on the control cabinet, which is convenient for operators to observe and record.
    8. Water cooling system, the system is distributed to each cooling part by the main water supply pipe, and adopts a closed water circulation system. Equipped with water pressure alarm system to protect in case of water cut-off, so as to start the backup water system. The standby water system can be connected to the standby water by separating a branch of the water inlet pipe, which is opened for emergency use and closed for normal use.
