Introduction
The KJ-TG1100-S170CK-H3 is a high-temperature sliding (rail-type) tube furnace built around a large-bore, long fused-quartz tube. The furnace chamber is mounted on horizontal rails and can be slid left or right by hand; when it is moved away, cooling fans at both ends rapidly bring the parts down to temperature—making the furnace especially suited to annealing small metal parts and electronic materials, where a controlled inert atmosphere and fast cooling after the soak are required.
The system reaches a maximum temperature of 1100 °C (≤1000 °C continuous) across three independently controlled 300 mm zones, giving a 900 mm heated length and a 550 mm constant-temperature zone with ±3 °C uniformity. A 7-inch swing-arm touch screen, smart PID, and 30-segment program control hold temperature within ±1 °C. A double-shell cabinet, integrated lower electrical enclosure, quick-release flanges, dual gas flow meters, and dual oxygen analyzers complete a clean, laboratory-to-pilot-scale platform.
