    Introduction:
    The KJ-T1700-80 is a high-temperature tube furnace with a maximum temperature of 1700℃ and a continuous operating temperature ≤1600℃. The equipment adopts a single-temperature zone design with a constant temperature zone length of 400mm. The heating element is a molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rod, coupled with a type B thermocouple and PID+SCR power control to achieve precise temperature control within ±1℃. The furnace tube is made of high-purity alumina tubing (outer diameter 80mm, inner diameter 74mm, total length 1200mm), equipped with stainless steel vacuum flanges at both ends, with a pressure range of -0.1~0.15MPa. The furnace chamber is made of ceramic fiber material, providing excellent thermal insulation.

    The temperature control system supports 30-segment programmable heating and cooling curves, with an adjustable heating rate of 0~10℃/min and over-temperature protection. The equipment comes standard with one float flowmeter (e.g., N₂ flow rate 25-250ml/min, with customizable ranges available upon request) for controlling the protective atmosphere.

    The vacuum system is equipped with a rotary vane vacuum pump, with an ultimate vacuum level of -0.1MPa (rough vacuum) and a pumping speed of 120L/min. It also includes all connecting pipes and meets the requirements of conventional vacuum heat treatment.
