    Product Introduction
    The KJ-TG1600-L series is a high-temperature tube furnace system specifically designed for the processing of activated carbon and related carbon materials. It consists of two main modules: a 1600℃ high-temperature tube furnace and a steam generator. This system can perform sintering, coating, nanotube research, brazing, annealing, melting, and analysis of metallic and non-metallic materials under vacuum or various protective atmospheres. It is particularly suitable for the activation, modification, carbonization, and performance optimization of activated carbon.

    The equipment has a maximum temperature of 1600℃ and a continuous operating temperature of 1500℃. The furnace tube is made of high-purity alumina ceramic tubing, available in three standard diameters: Φ60, Φ80, and Φ100 mm (customizable). The heating zone length is 300mm or 440mm (customizable). The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina ceramic fiber, and the heating element is a molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rod, coupled with a type B thermocouple and a PID temperature control system, achieving a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The recommended heating rate is 0-10℃/min. The sealing utilizes a flange structure, and the furnace body is a single, integrated unit.

    A steam generator, as a standard module, can introduce a controllable amount of steam into the furnace tubes for the steam activation process of activated carbon, significantly improving the specific surface area and adsorption performance of the activated carbon. Furthermore, the equipment can be optionally equipped with a vacuum pump and a mass flow meter/float flow meter mixing system to achieve precise control of vacuum, inert, reducing, or oxidizing atmospheres.

    • Specifically designed for activated carbon: The system integrates a 1600℃ tubular furnace and a steam generator, specifically designed for processes such as steam activation, surface modification, and carbon nanotube growth of activated carbon.

    • High-quality heating element: Made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rod, it is resistant to high temperatures and oxidation, making it suitable for long-term high-temperature operation.

    • Atmosphere/vacuum compatible. Flange seal, optional vacuum pump (for rough vacuum) and gas mixing system, supporting various atmospheres such as N₂, Ar, H₂, and CO₂.

    • Flexible customization: Furnace tube diameter, heating zone length, steam generation capacity, etc., can all be customized to meet specific needs.
