Activated carbon tube furnace is mainly used for sintering, coating, Nanotube study, soldering, annealing, melting, analyzing of metal and non-metal materials in both vacuum condition and atmosphere condition in laboratories and enterprises.

Specifically designed for activated carbon: The system integrates a 1600℃ tubular furnace and a steam generator, specifically designed for processes such as steam activation, surface modification, and carbon nanotube growth of activated carbon.

High-quality heating element: Made of molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) rod, it is resistant to high temperatures and oxidation, making it suitable for long-term high-temperature operation.

Precise temperature control: Type B thermocouple + PID control, temperature control accuracy ±1℃, 30-segment programmable, good process repeatability.

Steam activation function: Standard configuration includes a steam generator for precise control of steam flow, used for the physical activation of activated carbon, increasing porosity and specific surface area.

Atmosphere/vacuum compatible. Flange seal, optional vacuum pump (for rough vacuum) and gas mixing system, supporting various atmospheres such as N₂, Ar, H₂, and CO₂.

Flexible customization: Furnace tube diameter, heating zone length, steam generation capacity, etc., can all be customized to meet specific needs.
