    The KJ-T1200-50XY is a vacuum tube furnace with an integrated fully automatic loading and unloading system, designed specifically for heat treatment processes requiring high efficiency, repeatability, and a vacuum environment. The equipment employs a pneumatically controlled flange movement mechanism. One flange is fixedly connected to the vacuum system, while the other flange is mounted on a guide rail. A pneumatic device automatically presses and seals the flange, enabling rapid and stable opening and closing of the furnace tubes and sample loading and unloading, significantly reducing operational burden and improving process consistency.
