    Product Introduction

    The KJ-1200X-PGEP is a multifunctional ultrasonic spray pyrolysis system specifically designed for the synthesis of nanomaterials with core-shell structures. This equipment modularly integrates three core processes: ultrasonic atomization, high-temperature pyrolysis, and electrostatic collection, constructing a complete and controllable synthesis chain from precursor solution to nanopowder.

    The system consists of three subsystems:

    Ultrasonic Enhanced Aerosol Generator: Utilizes 1.7MHz high-frequency ultrasound to efficiently and uniformly atomize the precursor solution into micron-sized droplets. Equipped with a wide-range precision injection pump (0.004–70 ml/min) for precise control of the feed rate; the atomization volume is adjustable in stages (1–8 levels) and supports continuous or timed (30–180 minutes) operation modes.

    High-Temperature Tube Furnace: Maximum operating temperature 1200°C, with a homogenization zone of up to 300 mm. Features a 30-segment programmable PID temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, supporting complex heating, holding, and cooling process curves. The furnace tube is made of high-purity quartz, equipped with a water-cooled flange and pressure monitoring on the left end, and a KF25 interface on the right end for quick connection to the collector.

    The electrostatic collector employs high-voltage electrostatic dust removal technology up to 30 kV to efficiently collect the nanoparticles generated after pyrolysis. The power supply features constant current/constant voltage dual modes and built-in arc protection to ensure stable and reliable collection. An adjustable bracket ensures precise alignment between the collector and the furnace tube, and unobstructed airflow.

    The three modules work seamlessly together via the KF25 quick-connect interface. The carrier gas flow rate (0–100 ml/min) is precisely controllable. The entire system can operate stably in inert, reducing, or air atmospheres, providing unprecedented freedom of control over the particle size, morphology, and microstructure of nanomaterials.

    Part I Aerosol generator
    Atomization device:
     
    Equipped with a 1.7MHz ultrasonic atomizer, the liquid can be atomized into liquid particles and introduced into a tube furnace.

    • The liquid tank comes standard with 316 stainless steel,and sealed with a fluorine rubber seal;
    • Atomization amount can be set from 1 to 8, and the amount of atomization can be controlled by adjusting the size of the gear;
    • It can realize two functions of continuous operation atomization and regular operation atomization. The timing can be adjusted from 30 minutes to 180 minutes (adjust the gear every 30 minutes).
    Liquid injection system • A standard set of liquid injection pumps for automatic liquid feeding
    • The syringe pump is equipped with a plastic syringe with a maximum volume of 60ml for holding liquids;
    • Syringe pump speed adjustment range:

    Part II Tube Furnace
    Structure Heating section (tube furnace): The maximum temperature of the tube furnace can reach 1200 ° C.
    Contious Working temperature ≤1100℃

    Heating Elements Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo

    Temperature control system -Digital temperature controller with 30 segments should be programmable for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and dwell time. 
    -The built-in overtemperature alarm and protection must allow operation at a temperature sensitivity of +/- 1 ºC.
    Furnace Tube Using high-purity quartz tube.
    Quartz tube size: ID44mm*OD50mm .

    Sealing Flange The left end is equipped with Water-cooled flange with needle valve and mechanical pressure gauge.
    The right end is equipped with KF25 interface is directly coupled to the electrostatic precipitator.
    Flow Meter A 0-100 ml/min floating flow meter is included to control the carrier gas flow rate.
