The Kejia Vacuum Hot Press Machina is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum and high pressure up to 5 tons.

The Kejia Vacuum Hot Press Machine is designed for making dense compound materials under both vacuum and high pressure up to 5 tons. It is integrated with a split vertical tube furnace with a vacuum-sealed 100mm-diameter quartz tube and 5000Kg digital electric press, as well as one set of graphite pressing poles.
The furnace can be heated up to 1000ºC using a temperature controller with 30 programmable segments.

Quartz Tube & Sealing Flange	One quartz tube 100 OD x 94 ID x 640L mm (4" x 25") is included. Water-cooled flanges are installed on two ends of the tube with a KF-25D vacuum port & pressure gauge as well as a 1/4" gas inlet port with an SS304 needle valve. Flow bigger than 12L/minute is required, and using an optional recirculating water chiller to save water is highly recommended.
Warranty	lifetime support is provided. One-year limited standard warranty, (Consumable parts like graphite die do not have any warranty.)
