Introduction:
The KJ-M1200-M minitype high temperature muffle furnace adopts 0Cr27Al7Mo2 resistance wire, K-type thermocouple and 30-segment programmable temperature controller. We adopt side-way door to make the loading and unloading easy for the users, alumina ceramic fiber as heating chamber can reach 1100℃and work at 1000℃ for long time with ±1℃ temperature accuracy. It characterizes small dimension, small weight, high temperature uniformity, fast heating and cooling, energy efficiency and so on. In addition, it can sinter samples in glove boxes with vacuum or controlled atmosphere conditions. It’s an ideal apparatus to do sintering, annealing, quality test for universities, research institutions and enterprises.
