The KJ-A1200-CZ series small box-type atmosphere furnace is a 1200℃-class closed atmosphere heat treatment device specifically developed for laboratories, universities, and research institutes. The entire unit integrates four core systems: high-temperature heating, intelligent temperature control, vacuum sealing, and atmosphere protection. It supports both vacuum and inert protective atmosphere operating environments, isolating samples from air to prevent high-temperature oxidation. It is suitable for various experimental processes such as melting, sintering, annealing, and thermal analysis of metals, non-metals, and inorganic composite materials.
The equipment adopts a double-layer air-cooled shell with a high-purity alumina fiber furnace chamber. It comes standard with an N-type thermocouple with fault alarm and a 30-segment programmable PID temperature controller. The heating rate is continuously adjustable from 0–20℃/min, with stable temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The unit is compact, space-saving, and easy to operate. It comes standard with a complete set of experimental accessories and supports optional upgrades such as touch screen control and host computer software communication. It is a standard experimental device for materials research and development and small-batch sample heat treatment.
