Product introduction and application:
The 1600°C tilt-rotating tube furnace is a 1600°C three-temperature zone tilt-rotating tube furnace that has passed CE certification. Specially designed for high-temperature and uniform sintering of powder; each temperature zone is individually controlled by three independent temperature control systems. By adjusting the temperature of each temperature zone, a temperature gradient can be formed in the heating zone or a longer constant temperature zone can be formed. Each temperature control system adopts PID mode adjustment, which can set 30-segment temperature rising and cooling programs. B-type thermocouples are used for temperature measurement and control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/-1℃.
