Product description:
The Kejia high-temperature rotary furnace is heated by silicon-molybdenum rods with dual temperature zones. Each temperature zone can be controlled by a 30-segment program temperature control system, phase-shift trigger, silicon controlled rectifier control, the furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, the temperature field is balanced, and the double-layer furnace shell The room is equipped with an air-cooling system, which can quickly heat up; it is equipped with a sealed automatic feeder and a sealed receiving device. The body can be tilted, and the furnace tube can be rotated 360 degrees.

Applications:
This equipment is specially used to coat the conductive layer on the cathode material of lithium-ion batteries, and can also prepare si/c anode materials by CVD.
It can realize the coating and modification of powder materials by continuous CVD method.
