KJ-V250*400-2000 vacuum furnace is a complete set of equipment for high temperature heat treatment under vacuum (or other atmosphere) conditions.It mainly adopts high temperature resistant alloy and graphite felt as furnace material, graphite plate as heating element, double-layer water-cooled vacuum chamber, which can be configured with circulating water refrigeration system to cool the furnace body.

1. The furnace host The furnace body adopts double-layer cylinder horizontal structure, double-side polished stainless steel material, and water cooling between the inner and outer walls to ensure that the temperature of the furnace wall is lower than 55℃.The outside of the furnace body is provided with a vacuum suction interface, with charging and discharging valve, etc. The host central part is for heating chamber, electrode and vacuum pump suction port.
2. Heating and insulation system The heating system is composed of heating element and feeding platform.Furnace insulation material is graphite fiber, 304 stainless steel structure outside the graphite chamber.Heating element adopts high temperature graphite plate heating, 360 degrees surround, to ensure the best temperature uniformity and uniform heating of the workpiece, and easy to repair and replace the heating body, heating electrode has special vacuum sealing structure, to ensure good sealing and insulation with the furnace body.
3. Vacuum system The vacuum system adopts a rotary vane pump, a root pump and a TK-400 diffusion pump set, high vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum regulator, vacuum vent valve, vacuum pipe line, etc., and has an inlet. there is one pressure sensor, when the inner pressure exceeds safe pressure, the pressure relief valve will open automatically. In order to reduce the vibration of the furnace body, the connection between the vacuum pipe and the pump uses metal bellows, and the vacuum measurement is measured by the compound vacuum meter. Vacuum measurement adopts digital display vacuum gauge, measuring range from standard atmospheric pressure to 10-5PA.
4. Control system Include touch screen, programmable controller, etc., to achieve power supply, control, recording, monitoring, alarm protection functions. Touch screen size is 7 inches.
Temperature control using intelligent temperature controller, temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, can store 16 process curves, each group of process can be 30 segments, and PID parameter self-tuning function.Tungsten-Rhenium thermocouple and optical thermometer are used for temperature signal acquisition.The furnace temperature can be digitally displayed on the control cabinet, which is convenient for the operator to observe and record.
