High-pressure vacuum gas quenching furnace is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment of high-speed steel, hot and cold working die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloys, high temperature alloys, magnetic materials, titanium alloys, aerospace and industrial land-based gas turbine high-temperature components, as well as vacuum brazing and Vacuum degassing. The operating process and process parameters (temperature, vacuum degree, air cooling pressure, process time) are automatically controlled. It has the function of users calling, editing and storing process programs, and has safety self-locking protection, fault self-diagnosis and alarm functions.
This furnace heats up quickly to a very uniform temperature under high vacuum and is able to cool down quickly to handle the workload. The equipment has high precision, fast response speed, good reliability, can realize intelligent control, has strong anti-interference ability, long service life, and has excellent dynamic quality; it is also convenient and fast to use, operate, and maintain, and has beautiful appearance.
