    Description:

    KJ-TL1200-S25LK5 is a fluidized bed vertical tube furnace, specially designed for CVD experiments of powder surface deposition.

    Introduction:
    KJ-TL1200-S25LK5 is a fluidized bed vertical tube furnace, specially designed for CVD experiments of powder surface deposition. The furnace tube is a high-purity quartz tube with a sand core plate inside the furnace tube. The pore size of the sand core is 50 microns. The powder can be placed on a porous quartz plate, and the gas can be introduced from the lower end of the furnace tube. The sample particles are suspended in the heating area through the porous quartz plate to conduct deposition experiments. There are reserved inlet and outlet ports and vacuum pump interfaces, which can be used with a vacuum pump.
