It employs a unique double-layer furnace shell structure and integrates an automatic air-cooling system, ensuring that the furnace shell surface temperature remains below 50°C even at operating temperatures up to 1200°C, significantly improving operator safety and equipment operational stability.

    Its core advantage lies in its dual-temperature zone independent heating system. The two heating zones are 450mm and 520mm in length, respectively, and can be independently programmed and controlled in temperature. This design makes the furnace particularly suitable for R&D scenarios requiring parallel comparative experiments, multi-step complex processes, or simultaneous processing in different atmospheres. The equipment is equipped with an artificial intelligence temperature control system, supporting 30-segment programmable heating and cooling, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, and comprehensive over-temperature and thermocouple breakage protection functions, providing reliable protection for precision experiments.
