    Equipment Introduction:
    This rotary tilting tube furnace utilizes silicon carbide rod heating, a 30-stage programmable temperature control system, phase-shift triggering, and thyristor control. The furnace chamber is constructed of alumina polycrystalline fiber for a balanced temperature field. The double-layer furnace shell features an air cooling system for rapid temperature rise and fall. A lifting plate is installed within the tube, and the furnace tube features forward and reverse rotation and adjustable speed. This tilting rotary tube furnace utilizes dual temperature zones with independent heating control, each with multiple programmable temperature control. This equipment is specifically designed for laboratory calcination and drying of battery positive and negative electrode materials, non-acidic and non-alkaline powder materials, and granular materials. Users can adjust parameters such as rotation speed and heating temperature to suit the specific material being calcined, adapting to the processing needs of various materials.
