    Introduction:
    This product is an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis furnace, also known as a three-zone ultrasonic spray pyrolysis tubular furnace. It consists of an ultrasonic atomizer, a 1200°C three-zone tubular furnace, a gas supply system, a vacuum system, and a high-voltage electrostatic collection device. Material preparation utilizes three steps: precursor atomization, heating, and nanoparticle collection, enabling the versatile synthesis of nanocore-shell structures. This high-temperature pyrolysis furnace is an excellent synthesis system, ideal for synthesizing various nanostructured oxides and composite coating processes for nanomaterials.

    • Two switchable atomization modes: Continuous atomization and regular atomization can be switched freely. The atomization volume can be controlled by adjusting the gear size.
