    Product introduction:
    This equipment is a bogie hearth furnace, specifically designed for the heat treatment of small to medium-sized workpieces, featuring a compact structure and convenient operation.

    Regarding core performance parameters, the effective working area dimensions are 500×500×500mm (width × height × depth), employing a 2-temperature zone design for a more uniform temperature field, achieving a working area temperature uniformity of ±10℃. The maximum temperature is 1200℃, with a long-term stable operating temperature of 1100℃, making it suitable for various high-temperature heat treatment processes. 

    In terms of structure and configuration, both the furnace frame and inner liner are made of carbon steel, ensuring furnace strength and high-temperature resistance. The furnace door features a front-opening design and is manually operated, making operation simple and intuitive. The heating elements are external resistance wires, arranged on all four sides (front, back, left, and right) to ensure even heat distribution. The insulation system uses polycrystalline alumina fiber, effectively reducing heat loss and improving insulation performance. The furnace bottom is lined with silicon carbide plates, and materials can be manually removed from the furnace bottom with the door open, facilitating workpiece loading and unloading.

    The electrical control system is well-configured, equipped with an independent distribution cabinet to ensure circuit safety and stability. A 10-inch touchscreen is used as the controller, with a clear and user-friendly interface for easy parameter setting and process monitoring. The temperature measurement system uses three thermocouples: two N-type thermocouples for temperature control and two N-type armored thermocouples specifically for measuring surface temperature, enabling precise monitoring and control of both the furnace interior and workpiece temperatures.

    This equipment is specifically designed for material sintering, heat treatment, and material analysis and testing, such as sintering of ceramic materials, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy materials, rare earth materials, and precious metal materials, as well as heat treatment of various metal materials, including annealing and tempering.
