    Specific Introduction:
        KJ-1200X-10-VT is a ten-temperature zone vertical/horizontal dual-purpose open tube furnace, equipped with Φ100*2000mm quartz tube and quick-opening sealing flange, the maximum temperature of the furnace body can reach 1200℃ . The heating element is a resistance wire, and each temperature zone is controlled by an independent temperature control system, which can form a variety of temperature gradients in the furnace tube. At the same time, the furnace body can be manually changed to a vertical furnace to realize the sample in a vacuum or atmosphere protection environment The hanging firing and quenching can meet various experimental requirements. Such as the preparation of functionally gradient materials, the preparation of materials by high-throughput CVD method, the study of phase change, and so on.

      • Righ flange built in K25 port and Anti-Corrosive digital vacuum gauge to connect a vacuum pump

    Warning
     
    • The tube furnaces with quartz/mullite tube are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bar / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
    • Attention: A two stage pressure regulator must be installed on a gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. 
    • Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C  
    • The flow rate for gases should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min) for reducing thermal shocks to the tube
