    Specific Introduction:
        KJ-1500X-Z8 is an open tube furnace with 8 temperature zones, equipped with mullite furnace tubes and stainless steel sealing flanges, and the maximum working temperature of the furnace body can reach 1500℃. The heating element is a SiC rod, and each temperature zone is controlled by an independent temperature control system, which can form a variety of temperature gradients in the furnace tube to meet various experimental requirements. Such as gradual functional materials, high-throughput methods to study phase change and recrystallization.

    • 8 pcs S-type thermocouples (one for each zone).
    • RS485 Communications Port to connect Laptop computer to show temperature profile.

    Thermal Block Placement
    • Two thermal blacks are included . Please picture below tolearn how to place them inside tube

    Application Notes
    • The tube furnaces with mullite tube are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.02 Mpa / 0.2 Bar/ 3 PSI 
    • Never use graphite crucible in alumina tube.
    • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation.
    • The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or 200ml/min )
    • Vacuum limit definition for all mullite tube furnaces: * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1300°C
