   It adopts double shell structure and intelligent program temperature control system, phase shift trigger, SCR control, and the furnace adopts oxidation. Aluminum polycrystalline fiber material, double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air cooling system, the furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving.

Please pay special attention to: H2 is a particularly flammable and explosive gas. Its combustion temperature is 400 ℃. It will explode when the mixing ratio with air reaches 4.0%-74.2% , so safety measures must be taken when using hydrogen.

The maximum pressure that can withstand in the furnace is 0.03MPa , so a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when gas is introduced into the furnace.

Before entering hydrogen, inert gas must be used to clean the furnace. The pressure inside the furnace should always be kept between 0.01-0.02 Mpa during use to prevent air from flowing back into the furnace and causing an explosion.

The room where the equipment is placed must be well ventilated.


The discharged hydrogen must be combusted indoors (the top of the furnace body is equipped with an automatic ignition device) In order to keep the pressure in the furnace chamber relatively stable during the heating process, we recommend that the equipment increase
