     The sublimation process of the universal quartz tube system:
    ★Separation of mixtures.

    Quartz chamber The cavity adopts double quartz tubes. The structure can better ensure that the vacuum chamber tubes are not contaminated and maintain a high vacuum degree. It is easy to clean. After the inner layer material tube is segmented and sublimated, the materials in each section can be easily distinguished, which can maximize the guarantee of product purity and yield. With sublimation tubes, they can be precisely connected to each other. One end of the inner tube is larger and the other is smaller, and they can be connected in pairs. The length of each section matches the temperature zones of the heating furnace.
    Vacuum system The vacuuming end adopts a direct connection between the main pipe and the molecular pump to ensure the high vacuum requirement during the experiment. Working vacuum: Under the condition that the temperature in the sublimation zone and the holding zone is approximately 300℃±10℃ and no sample is loaded, the vacuum degree within 50 minutes is ≤5 × 10-4Pa(with refrigerant added).
    There is a cold trap absorber between the turbomolecular pump and the main heating quartz tube. A dust filter is configured at the front end of the oil pump, and an oil mist filter is installed at the air outlet of the oil pump,
