  When using a vacuum furnace to work, the most important thing is to heat. During the heating process, the heating rate is required to be fast. The selected heating material must ensure good thermal conductivity, and must not produce deformation and a large amount of heat loss at high temperatures. In the process of use, it is also necessary to ensure that the performance is stable for a period of time. When selecting the heating element, it is also necessary to deal with the chemical properties of the product according to your own needs, so as to prevent the material of the heating element from affecting the quality of the workpiece. Therefore, the heating element should be selected reasonably.

The heat shield is the main component of the heating chamber of the vacuum furnace. Its main function is heat insulation, heat preservation and reduction of heat loss. It is also the structural basis of the fixed heater. Therefore, the selection of the structure and material of the heat shield has a great influence on the power and performance of the vacuum furnace (such as vacuum degree, outgassing rate, etc.).

1. Heat shield material.
Mainly use high temperature resistant alloy as furnace material, heating molybdenum belt as heating element, double-layer water-cooled vacuum chamber, and circulating water refrigeration system can be configured to cool down the furnace body. It can realize rapid heating and cooling, can realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, can remove phosphorus chips on the surface of the workpiece, and has the functions of degreasing and degassing, so as to achieve the effect of brightening and purifying the surface.
Heat shield vacuum heat treatment furnace is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment, vacuum degreasing, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of high speed steel, hot and cold working die steel, martensitic stainless steel, elastic alloy, high temperature alloy, magnetic material and titanium alloy, etc.
2. Fiber furnace material.
The vacuum fiber furnace is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber material, and imported Kanthal resistance wire is used as the heating element. The furnace has the advantages of balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall, and energy saving. 3. Graphite material. The sintering temperature is high, and the high-temperature-resistant and non-deformable graphite rod is used to generate heat. The long-term working temperature can reach 2000°C.
