Description:
KJ-1200X-IV-S is the smallest 1100oC Four- Zone split tube furnace with separate temperature control console. Such a four zone furnace can create step thermal gradient or uniform temperature zone up to 10" long by adjusting four zones' temperature.
| Furnace structure | Double layer steel case with air cooling keeps furnace surface temperaturelower than 60°C. Energy saving high purity fibrous alumina insulation. Heating Element: 1300C grade Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo 400mm long heating chamber with built-in four high-quality thermal couples. Furnace heating module can be positioned horizontally or vertically as shown in the images below (Note: customers is responsible for DIY the support frame/bracket in order to maintain its vertical position) |
