Installation of furnace body
The tubular atmosphere furnace can be placed on the worktable to suit the operating height of the staff, and the effective bearing capacity of the worktable should be greater than 200kg.
Electrical installation
Power configuration: 220 v. According to the user's electric control cabinet, the power should be greater than 6kW.
Installation of thermocouple: the depth of the thermocouple inserted into the furnace is 25 mm, and it is connected with the temperature control instrument by using n-grade compensation wire. Note: do not install thermocouple with quartz tube first. The electric furnace and control cabinet shall be grounded as a whole, and the grounding resistance of grounding wire shall be less than 4 Ω.
Resistance wire connection mode: two parallel, power supply: single phase 220 v. At the same time, due to transportation and other reasons, the fastening condition of each screw of furnace body should be checked to ensure that there is no error.
