|Flange and optional accessories||
·Two kinds of stainless steel flanges are available:
· 2" default flange, with 1/4" pagoda nozzle connector, 1/4" pipe through hole (for 1/4" outer diameter thermocouple plug-in) and KF25 vacuum connection
· 1" flange without thermocouple plug
·You can purchase a flapper valve to connect to the vacuum system
·In order to obtain faster and better vacuum, we recommend using stainless steel bellows
·You can consider ordering quick connection flanges, but additional charges are required
·Furnaces with digital display vacuum gauge and mechanical pump system can be ordered
|Seal flange and vacuum connection||
·Stainless steel sealing flange (the air inlet at the left end is a 1/4" hose interface, and the air outlet at the right end is a KF-25 interface)
·Standard 1/4" pagoda mouth interface with needle valve
·In order to be able to use high-pressure gas, you can replace the standard pagoda nozzle pipe joint with a 1/4" hose joint

|Related applications||This equipment can be designed as a swing furnace|
·The pressure in the furnace tube should not be higher than 0.02MPa
·Because the internal pressure of the gas cylinder is relatively high, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the gas cylinder when passing gas into the furnace tube. It is recommended to purchase a pressure reducing valve from our company. The range of our company’s pressure reducing valve is 0.01MPa-0.1MPa , It will be more precise and safe to use
·When the temperature of the furnace body is higher than 1000℃, the furnace tube must not be in a vacuum state, and the air pressure in the furnace tube must be equal to the atmospheric pressure and keep it at normal pressure.
·The gas flow into the furnace tube must be less than 200SCCM to avoid the impact of the cold atmosphere on the heated quartz tube
