    KJ-1500X-II is a high-temperature two-zone splittable rotary tube furnace. It is designed for synthesizing inorganic compounds with better uniformity at an ultra-high temperature up to 1500ºC. This furnace can be upgraded to 1600ºC Max. with Kathal 1650 g

        KJ-1500X-II is a high-temperature two-zone splittable rotary tube furnace. It is designed for synthesizing inorganic compounds with better uniformity at an ultra-high temperature up to 1500ºC. This furnace can be upgraded to 1600ºC Max. with Kathal 1650 grade SiC heating elements.

    • Inlet Fitting: Elbow push-in connector for 6mm O.D tube

    Continuous Powder Feeding & Retrieving System

    • The automatic powder feeder is mounted on the feeding system support via a feeding swivel coupling with pressure gauge.
    • Feed rate adjustable by the potentiometer knob, 97cm^3/min max.
    • One stainless steel tank is installed on the other end of the processing tube to gather the fired powder without exposure to air.
    • One Alumina processing tube (60mm OD x 54mm ID x 1200mm L) with gear is required.
    Warranty One year limited warranty with lifetime support (Consumable parts such as processing tubes, o-rings, and heating elements are not covered by the warranty, please order the replacement at related products page.)

    Application Notes
    • The concept of continuous power feeding and processing can be realized by the use of Magnetic Fluid Sealed Swivel Coupling in line with Volumetric Feeder and Rotary Furnace.
    • For CVD coating, you may choose our multi-channel Gas delivery system
    • The tube furnaces  are designed for using under vacuum and low pressure < 0.2 bar / 3 psi / 0.02 MPa
    • Attention: A two-stage pressure regulator must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure to below 3 PSI for safe operation. 
    • Vacuum limit definition for all quartz tube furnaces: * Vacuum pressures may only be safely used up to 1000°C
